Our firm is the outgrowth of a multi-family office and our approach to real estate investing reflects that history. Our investment philosophy is grounded in the importance of using compounding over the long-term to grow family wealth. As a result, our emphasis is on a longer hold and lower fee fund structure than a typical real estate investment firm.
